Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–72 business hours. Response times may be longer during high order volume periods, weekends, or holidays.

Order Status Requests
Please keep in mind that all items are made to order, with a standard processing time of 2–3 weeks (up to 6 weeks for custom logo orders).
We kindly ask that you wait until after these timeframes before requesting order status updates.

Multiple Messages
Sending multiple emails or messages about the same inquiry may delay our response time. We respond to messages in the order they are received.

Respectful Communication
We are committed to providing respectful and professional customer service, and we ask the same from our customers. Messages that are abusive or inappropriate may not receive a response.
