Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for supporting our business! Each of our t-shirts is made with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

No Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer preference.

Eligible Replacements
We will gladly replace your item if there is a verified issue caused on our end. This includes:

  • Item received with a printing defect (e.g., crooked or misprinted design)
  • Incorrect item received (wrong design, size, or color)
  • Item damaged during shipping

Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper care

How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
