Processing & Production Time
All items are made to order. Please allow:

• 2–3 weeks for standard apparel items (such as t-shirts) to be produced before shipment
• Up to 6 weeks for custom logo orders due to the design and creation process

All orders are processed in the order they are received and paid for.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, it is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
