Welcome to our store! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Made-to-Order Products
All items are made to order. This means each product is created specifically for you after your purchase is completed.
Processing & Production Time
- Standard apparel items (such as t-shirts) have an estimated processing time of 2–3 weeks before shipment.
- Custom logo orders may take up to 6 weeks to complete due to the design process and customization involved.
All orders are completed in the order they are received and paid for.
Order Queue & Priority
Orders are processed strictly in the order payment is received. We do not guarantee expedited production unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (including size, color, design selection, and shipping address) are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom items (including logos), all custom sales are final. Please ensure all details and approvals are correct before finalizing your order.
Intellectual Property
By submitting custom designs or logos, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce those designs. We are not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-provided content.
Refunds & Replacements
Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for details. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.
Changes to Orders
Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
